Straight up: all sales are final—no exchanges or returns, unless your item arrives faulty.
If you receive a faulty product (ugh, the worst!), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll sort it out ASAP with a replacement, repair, or refund, as needed.
