Here’s the deal: some of our items are handmade with love, and some are carefully sourced and ready to go. Either way, all orders have a processing time of 7-10 business days.

We totally get that waiting isn’t everyone’s strong suit (same!), so we’ll do our best to speed things up whenever we can. You’ll get an email as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping

All orders are sent via Australia Post, and delivery times will depend on where you’re located. For the most accurate estimates, check out the Australia Post website.

Keep in mind, shipping time starts after your order has been processed (and remember, our processing time is 1-2 weeks). Shipping time does not include the time it takes to make or prepare your order.

Shipping Options
  • Untracked Letter Mail: 2-7 business days from the date of dispatch. Note: Missing orders sent via letter mail cannot be replaced or refunded, as they are untracked and cannot be located. 
  • Tracked Parcel Post: 2-7 business days from the date of dispatch. Includes tracking for peace of mind.
  • Express Post: 1-3 business days from the date of dispatch. For when you need your goodies, like, yesterday.

Now, we know waiting can be rough, so if your package doesn’t show up by the estimated arrival date, give it a little extra time—up to 10 business days—to make its grand entrance. Postal delays and other hiccups can happen.

Returns

Straight up: all sales are final—no exchanges or returns, unless your item arrives faulty.

If you receive a faulty product (ugh, the worst!), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll sort it out ASAP with a replacement, repair, or refund, as needed.
